The presentation provides an overview of the water sector in Australia – outlining the current governance, types of infrastructure managed, and key aspects of the digital landscape for water utilities. The webinar will focus on covering:

  • Where the water sector currently is in terms of security
  • How the sector is looking to move forward
  • An outline of the framework the VIC government is developing around digital security
  • Culture and people access and how to get them all behind the security mission
  • Who WSAA and what they do - https://www.wsaa.asn.au/about-us/what-we-do 
  • WSAA reference framework in terms of sensors through to data communication networks, to aggregation systems, data analytics, enterprise systems, user experience and stakeholder engagement through the lens of customer journey mapping.

Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions. This webinar will be recorded and the recording will be made available to registrants.
