The Road So Far, Security Operations at the Hydro Tasmania Group

This presentation will look back at Security Operations at the Hydro Tasmania Group in 2018 and the planning for the future. The presentation will review how operational security functions within Hydro Tasmania were managed, what was completed and the lessons learnt as well as planning out until 2020.

Speaker:  James Pemberton, Security Operations Lead at the Hydro Tasmania Group

James has been working in information security as a security analyst for over a year providing security analysis to clients as well as participating in projects and business development. He is currently studying the CISSP certification. James has more than two and half years experience within the National Customer Service Centre and Service Hub Operations teams at CGI, providing both 24/7 systems monitoring and first level troubleshooting, alongside service desk support for a number of clients.

Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions of the speaker at the end of the presentation.
