Melbourne Branch Meeting - September 11

Join us at the Melbourne Branch Meeting for a discussion on being ready to deal with a CRISIS with speaker Donovan Croucamp

Topic: Are you CRISIS ready? Building resilience through exercising

The potential risks in business are greater, more dynamic, and less predictable than ever before. The greatest exposure does not lie within these risks, but rather lies in having a team that is not prepared to anticipate, foresee, or respond to a rising threat, and its impact on your reputation, revenue and relationships in real-time.

No matter your level of security, due diligence, or control, the reality is that we live in uncertain times. Organisations are prone to a multitude of risks that can attack from every angle. When your team is crisis ready, your organisation is prepared for anything and everything that the modern world can throw at it.

This session has a management focus, not a technical one and includes discussions on:
  • The steps to planning a successful exercise
  • Critical Infrastructure exercise requirements
  • Lessons Management approach
  • Exercise styles and techniques
  • Practical tips and trips

Speaker: Donovan Croucamp, Director at Flexor

After an initial few years of military service in South Africa Donovan began a career in Security and Emergency Management. During his career he has enjoyed opportunities in local, State and Federal Government in Security and Emergency Management roles. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions of the speaker at the end of the presentation.
