Gavin has worked in corporate, tertiary education, small business and consulting for many years prior to commencing his performance business & executive coaching in 2002.

He is a strong advocate of deliberate practice as a means to developing world-class capability.
He has developed the Self-Awareness Program over many years and the High Performance Cube for team optimization.

He has presented or previously to a variety of groups on topics including but not limited to:
- Critical elements for career success.
- Advanced self-awareness platform.

He has undertaken transformation work (workshops and performance business coaching) for teams in large companies.

He coaches people in a variety of roles including: CEO, CFO, CIO, CSO, GM and people wishing to new capabilities in leadership, influence, trusted advisor business establishment or new director / career focus.

He is a member of the Institute of the Management Consultants, member Australian Institute of company Directors, member (snr) of Australian Computer Society.
