Mourad Khalil

Mourad currently works for PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has extensive experience in Information and Operational Technology focusing on end to end business solutioning and lifecycle management, specialising in minimising risk, maximising security, process improvement, change and project delivery.

Prior to joining PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mourad worked for the Royal Australian Air Force, ChevronTexaco across Australasia, HBOSA (BankWest), WorleyParsons internationally, and BHP Billiton, via CSC Australia.

Richard Addiscott

Richard Addiscott’s IT career spans 15 years and has led Curtin University's information security, IT planning and governance team since April 2015. Prior to joining Curtin University, Richard was a Principal Consultant with BAE Systems Applied Intelligence delivering GRC services across Australia. He has also worked as an IT leader in some of Australia's most secure environments across the National Security Community and was a Technical Advisor to the first Australian National Security Chief Information Officer. Richard's passion and primary focus is developing business aligned and risk appropriate information security capabilities to assist organisations generate and sustain value in today's innovation fuelled digital business environments. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from ECU, a Graduate Certificate in Public Sector Management from Flinders University, and a Master of Strategic Studies from the ANU Strategic and Defence Studies Centre.

Daisy Sinclair

Daisy is the Founder of Cyber8Lab Pty Ltd. She has more than twelve years professional experience in International Cooperation, Information Security & Cybersecurity, IT Training and Business development and IT Project Management. 

Daisy’s current responsibilities include developing and implementing hands-on and scenario-based cybersecurity programs and provide technical support to her team especially in the areas of log analysis and investigation of phishing attacks. Daisy has passion in cybersecurity and often provide cybersecurity awareness sessions to the community. 
 
She is a Certified Cyber Defender Associate (CCDA) and holds various certifications in Information Security. 
Daisy is currently a member of the Australian Information Security Association (AISA) and High Technology Crime Investigation Association (HTCIA). 

Rachel Mahncke

Rachel Mahncke works for the Cyber Security Research Centre Ltd (Cyber Security CRC). In this role she liaises with national research leads to successfully fund innovative cyber security research activities. Prior to joining the Cyber Security CRC, Rachel worked in the Higher Education sector for Navitas Ltd for over ten years across various roles with the most recent being that of Academic Director at Curtin College. Rachel has also managed a small business and taught in the areas of computing and security for over ten years. She has a Software Engineering undergraduate and Honours, and a PhD in the area of information security.
 
Rachel has recently joined the AISA Perth Committee and is looking forward to her involvement in, and contribution to AISA.
