James Pemberton

James has spent 2 of the last 5 years building a Managed Security Operations Centre (SOC) from the ground up for a number of utility companies within Australia. Now he is a Security Operations Manager managing a small team for a state owned renewable energy company. He is also interested in malware analysis and incident detection and response methodologies and techniques.

Chris Jackson

Chris Jackson is the Tasmanian Territory Manager for one of the worlds leading Cyber-Security vendors. He has over 15 years experience working in technology roles in Tasmania, and has a genuine desire to help Tasmanian business mitigate risk by improving their cyber posture. Chris has almost completed his MBA (Sports Management) through Torrens University, and has an ability to translate complex technical subjects into tangible business terms.

Peter Esser

Peter has five years of experience in the Cyber Security industry across government and the energy sector in Tasmania. He is currently the Cyber Security Operations lead at a leading renewable energy generator. Peter is passionate about improving, automating and simplifying the modern security operations landscape.
