Topic 1: Cloud Under Attack - Managing Cloud Computing Security Risks by Understanding the Attack Taxonomy

Speaker 1: Nina Juliadotter, Principal Application Security Consultant at Westpac

Nina is a passionate application security consultant with over 10 years professional IT experience, a number of industry certifications including CISSP as well as a Master of Cyber Security. She has published research in IoT and cloud security and enjoy giving talks to spread the gospel of security.

Topic 2: Threat Intelligence – the view from both sides of the fence

Speaker 2: Tim Wellsmore - Director of Threat Intelligence and Consulting at Fireeye

Tim joined FireEye in May 2016 from the Australian Crime Commission, within the Australian Cyber Security Centre where he founded and led the cyber threat intelligence capability. He has a unique perspective from both sides of the cyber world as both a leader of a govt cyber intelligence capability in the ACSC trying to build private/public intelligence partnerships and now with FireEye, as part of the team that generates and analyses global cyber threat intelligence for all customers including government. Tim will share his view of threat landscape and his predictions for 2017.

Additional Information: There will be EOY drinks afterwards, so all members are invited to stay after the presentations and enjoy a bit of networking.
