Topic: Recruitment hacks – Finding the needle in a haystack
Workplaces are struggling with talent shortages in a tight market. Digital skills are often outdated as the technology world moves faster and faster and as soon as one skill is conquered another one is needed. Three quarters of managers are struggling to upskill their staff. All of this creates risks but especially risky is cyber security skills shortages in a time of increasing threats and heightened cyber activity including geopolitical tensions.

In this webinar, Kylie will provide some creative tips to find the right talent in cyber recruitment, including a critical lens on diversity, and the role of upskilling in retention of staff.

Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions. This webinar will be recorded and the recording will be made available to registrants.
