The event also offers mentor program participants the chance to meet their assigned mentor or mentee face-to-face and connect with leaders from other businesses during a networking session. We look forward to launching this exciting program together.

Johnny Serrano - Chief Information Officer, CS Energy
With over 20 years of experience in the information and communications technology (ICT) sector, Johnny is a passionate and driven leader who strives to deliver innovative and secure solutions for complex business challenges. As the Head of ICT at Thiess, the world's largest mining services provider, Johnny oversees the ICT Strategy, global architecture, cyber security, infrastructure, emerging technology, and operations functions, ensuring alignment with the corporate strategy and vision.
Johnny has a proven track record of building and leading high-performance teams, managing large-scale projects and budgets, and implementing best practices and standards for ICT governance, risk, and compliance. He is a diversity and inclusion speaker and a board member of several industry and academic groups, where he shares his insights and perspectives on ICT trends, challenges, and opportunities.
