Topic: National security reform update - Changes to critical infrastructure
Please join Patrick Fair, Principal at Patrick Fair Associates for an online discussion and update on the proposed legislation amendments to the Security of Critical Infrastructure Act 2018 which was introduced last December and explore the potential impact on your organisation.

On 10 December 2020, the Minister for Home Affairs introduced the Security Legislation Amendment (Critical Infrastructure) Bill 2020 to Parliament. Expansive changes to the Security of Critical Infrastructure Framework will introduce risk mandatory management programs, incident reporting and annual compliance reporting for critical infrastructure assets. Additional requirements will be imposed on systems of national significance.

Cyber security is now a factor in foreign investment reviews. The identify and disrupt legislation introduces three new computer related warrants that you could receive from the Federal Police or the Crimes Commission. Attend this webinar to find out more on the new laws and ensure your organisation is well prepared for the changes.

Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions. This webinar will be recorded and the recording will be made available to registrants.
