Cancellation policy

If AISA is required to cancel an event, our liability in the event of cancellation is limited to a refund or credit note and is subject to the conditions listed below. We will not provide a refund for any travel or accommodation costs associated with the cancellation of an event.

AISA accepts no liability if an event is cancelled or postponed for reasons beyond our reasonable control resulting from an Act of God, pandemic, governmental regulation, fire, war, terrorist activity, civil commotion or other.

No transfers or substitutions
Please note that we are unable to substitute or transfer registrations into someone else’s name. We can offer a credit note which can be used towards another AISA event.

If you are no longer able to attend the event and wish to cancel your registration please email [email protected]. Please note that your cancellation is subject to the following:

  • Cancellation more than 7 days before the event: 100% refund of the fees or credit note
  • Cancellation 7 days or less before the event: No refund and No credit note
  • No refunds or credit notes apply for non-attendance

If you cancel your registration yourself, please note that the system will automatically issue you with a credit note to use towards another AISA event.

Refund processing
If you would like a refund of fees paid, requests must be made in writing to [email protected]. Please note that refunds of registration fees are only available to registrants who cancel their registration 7 days or more prior to the event date.
