AISA 2022 Annual General Meeting - Online
Members are invited to AISA's Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 14 December 2022. We have arranged an in-person AGM in all states and territories, however if you are unable to attend the meeting in person, we have organised a Zoom meeting as well.
Registrations will close 11.59pm Tuesday 13 December.
AISA’s 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday, 14th December 2022 will be a virtual meeting. Members will be able to attend online or at the in person venues in all states and territories.
This decision is consistent with the relief provided by the Federal Treasurer for the conduct of virtual annual general meetings.

Time: 5:30pm AEDT
Participation at the AGM: AISA’s AGM will be conducted via Zoom.
Members can view the AGM live once they have registered their attendance below by 5pm on AEDT on Friday 9 December 2022.
Registered attendees will receive a link to the AGM meeting details on Wednesday 14 December 2022.

Voting
Voting will occur by a show of hand (both in person and on Zoom). Members voting by proxy will need to submit a proxy voting form by close of business on Friday 9 December 2022.
Questions
Members should submit questions in advance of the meeting via email to [email protected] by Friday 9 December 2022. The AGM Chair will endeavour to address the key themes raised during the meeting. Please note that individual responses will not be sent to members.
The AGM will be held in accordance with the AISA Constitution.
