Many countries have established and are establishing regulator driven frameworks to assess and improve cyber resilience within their sectors.  In this session we will discuss threat intelligence led cyber resilience frameworks and their best practices. To name a few such frameworks:
- CBEST & TBEST in the UK
- TIBER-EU in the EU
- iCAST in Hong Kong
- AASE in Singapore

Participants will have the opportunityto ask questions. This webinar will be recorded and the recording will be made available to registrants. 

Speaker: Tim Dillon - Technical Director at NCC Group
Tim Dillon is NCC Group’s Technical Director in APAC, and heads up NCC Group’s Technical Security Consulting, Cyber Incident Response Team (CIRT) and Security Operations Centre (SOC).

Tim advises senior executives within organisations on technical cyber risks and has presented on various topics over the years, including at conferences like Interbank, but also to Directors at Board meetings and other closed room events. Topics have included DDoS, Red Teaming, Cloud Security, Security Awareness, Social Engineering and Transport Assurance Testing. Tim has been in the security industry for 15 years, primarily focused on technical security consulting. Tim was the global lead for Deutsche Bank’s penetration testing team based in Singapore. 

Tim has led Red Team engagements since 2013, including those on critical infrastructure projects. Tim has published articles and war stories around such engagements, including a Red Team report on critical infrastructure chaired in parliament.
