Alex Tavener is well known to many in AISA for his
interest and activities in the Security Architecture space. He
is working with other AISA members to found the AISA security
Architecture Focus Group. Alex Taverner is a Principal
Consultant at Castelain, one of Australia's leading IT security
consultancies. Alex uses his decade of experience in managing
large, complex IT environments to provide clients
with real-world security solutions and strategies that deliver
tangible business benefits.
David Lynas is a globally renowned Enterprise
Security Architect, Security Strategist, and Thought-Leader.
In 2006 he was appointed as a Fellow of the British Computer
Society (FBCS CITP) for "Exceptional leadership, eminence and
seniority in the field of information security." During
2006 he also became the first person in four years to be
honoured with the prestigious Computer Security Institute
Lifetime Achievement Award - the only professional from
outside North America ever to receive this honour in CSI's 33
year history.
