Speakers: John Reeman, CTO, VM Informer, and
Kaan Kivilcim, Security Consultant, Sense of Security
John Reeman has been involved in IT Security
for the last 18 Years and is at the forefront of research into
virtualization security. He is a contributing author to the Centre
of Internet Security (CIS) benchmarks for VMware ESX 3.x hardening
guidelines as well as developing his own technology in the form of
VMinformer which is a security assessment tool for virtual
environments.
Kaan Kivilcim has over five years experience
with web technologies, in particular the development and security
assessment of web-based applications. He has dealt with the design
and implementation of security infrastructure on various platforms
in high performance and mission critical environments. He has
in-depth experience with current and emerging web and mobile
platform technologies, and holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree
in Electrical Engineering.
