Annual Member's Dinner

The
AISA Annual Member's Lunch is always a fantastic way to network
with other security professionals and enjoy some good food over a
drink or two.
This year we will be returning to the Redoak Boutique Beer Cafe in
Sydney for a $38 lunch.
Venue: Red Oak Boutique Beer Cafe,
201 Clarence Street, Sydney CBD This is towards the QVB end of
Clarence Street, between Market and King Streets, and our venue is
on the western side of Clarence Street. Link to map here.
Cost: $38.00 for bread + 2 courses
Drinks will be on a pay as you go basis, and are not included in
the $38.00 cost. Bread will be served on arrival.
Please indicate your preference from the following options when
registering online.
MAIN (choice of):
- CRUSHED POTATO AND HORSERADISH CAKE (v)
with bean ragout, sautéed mushrooms and spinach, baby carrots and
tomato confit
- PAN SEARED CHICKEN BREAST on a roasted
garlic potato cake with spicy yoghurt and green olive
sauce
- PAN FRIED CRISPY SKINNED ATLANTIC SALMON
with horseradish and sour cream crushed potato, sauteed English
spinach, saffron and caper butter & Oatmeal Stout jus (note the
jus is based on a beef stock
DESSERT (choice of):
- wee HEAVY ALE BAVAROIS with raspberry
mascarpone, white chocolate shortbread, chocolate sauce and wee
Heavy Ale ice-cream
- APPLE CIDER and POPPY SEED CAKE with cider
syrup, orange jaffa ice cream & mint
SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS:
If you have any special dietary requirements, e.g. vegan, please
state what they are when registering online.

- the lunch is only open to AISA Members and
seating is limited.
- if you RSVP there is a cancellation fee of
$25 if you do not turn up or notify of non-attendance by the Monday
prior.
