Speaker: Richard Heron

Richard Heron is the Information Security Officer at Computershare, a global financial institution. He has been employed in security roles for over 15 years.

His current role encompasses the management of Computershare's security team that is responsible for:

  • risk management,
  • audit liaison,
  • security awareness
  • tenders,
  • monitoring,
  • reporting,
  • vulnerability management and
  • providing security advice to projects.

Richard is an active AISA member. He has completed an MBA and a CISSP but in hindsight, would have preferred to have spent the time on archery, kayaking and more archery.
