Blair has been involved in the identification and preservation
of evidence in large corporations under the restriction of
business continuity, legal professional privilege and privacy
concerns including:
- Co-ordination and execution of Search Orders ("Anton Piller
Orders") in single and multiple locations simultaneously;
- Development of protocols for identification and exclusion of
documents subject to legal professional privilege, privacy or
relevancy claim from forensically preserved electronic
data
- Assistance in drafting and application for several successful
court applications and orders involving electronic
information;
- Reconstruction of business records from maliciously damaged
data;
- Consolidation, normalization and subsequent analysis of
disparately stored electronic information; and
- Development and lecturer of two subjects in the Masters of
eForensics and Enterprise Security at the University of
Melbourne
