Blair has been involved in the identification and preservation of evidence in large corporations under the restriction of business continuity, legal professional privilege and privacy concerns including:

  • Co-ordination and execution of Search Orders ("Anton Piller Orders") in single and multiple locations simultaneously;
  • Development of protocols for identification and exclusion of documents subject to legal professional privilege, privacy or relevancy claim from forensically preserved electronic data
  • Assistance in drafting and application for several successful court applications and orders involving electronic information;
  • Reconstruction of business records from maliciously damaged data;
  • Consolidation, normalization and subsequent analysis of disparately stored electronic information; and
  • Development and lecturer of two subjects in the Masters of eForensics and Enterprise Security at the University of Melbourne
