Annual General Meetings
In addition to any other business which may be transacted at an
annual general meeting, the business of the AISA Annual General
meeting is to include the following:
- to confirm the minutes of the last preceding annual general
meeting and of any special general meeting held since that
meeting,
- to receive from its Committee reports on the activities of AISA
during the last preceding financial year,
- to elect office-bearers of AISA and ordinary members of its
Committee, and
- to receive and consider the statement which is required to be
submitted to members under section 26 (6) of the Act.
